EVENTS

Cooking Classes: I'll be teaching classes throughout the opening months of 2009, at both Different Drummer's Kitchen in Northampton, and What's Cooking, Kids?, in East Longmeadow.

On Wednesday, January 21, at What's Cooking, Kids?, as part of their Celebrity Chef Series (nope, that's not a typo), I'll be doing all kinds of things with chicken, from roasting to soup to cacciatore.  Chicken and today's economy go together very well.

On Wednesday, March 4, from 6:15-8:45 pm. At Different Drummer's Kitchen.  Called, "Great Main Courses that Won't Break the Bank," it features terrific entrees that are both great tasting and cost effective.

On Monday, March 30, At What's Cooking, Kids?.  Passover foods, sponsored by the Springfield JCC.

On Wednesday, April 22, from 6:15-8:45 pm. At Different Drummer's Kitchen.  Called, "Spring is Coming," it features Cornish hens and a great springtime chocolate cake.

Also:  Yes, I'm working on an Iron Chef competition for February.  Stay tuned for this one...
