I'll be teaching classes at Different Drummer's Kitchen in Northampton MA, on the following dates.  All classes are from 6:15 to 8:45:

Wednesday, June 10. Glorious Summer Seafood. This will include halibut fillets, Alaskan salmon, and amazing scallops

Wednesday, June 17. Summer Supper with Fresh and Local Produce.  This will highlight much of the local farm-fresh food, and will finish with a creme brulee made with cream from a local dairy.

Wednesday July 1.  The Art of Smoking and Grilling.  This class with highlight smoked brisket and beer can chicken.  And my semi-famous and easy bbq sauce.
